At Carmel Valley Ranch, we take great inspiration from the land, from our own gardens, fields, and orchards to the fresh ingredients in abundant Monterey County. Working with our culinary team and local purveyors, we’ve created Ranch Artisan Provisions—utilizing the best of this region to create products that will allow you to savor a taste of The Ranch anywhere, anytime.
Apiary Ale
This golden ale is infused with honey from the bees in our apiary—who travel far and wide across our 500 acres, collecting nectar that ultimately flavors the smooth nectar in your glass.
Cheese
A blend of artistry and scientific know-how, our Creamery’s cheeses are both indelible and indulgent. Some are even made with milk from our own beloved Swiss Saanen dairy goats!
Olive Oil
Straight from our own orchard of 70+ olive trees, which features three different varieties that blend perfectly, this olive oil is both ideal for dipping and for the finishing touch on dishes.
Swing Wine
Those vineyards you see are ours, and at harvest time, they’re brimming with great grapes that celebrated winemaker Ian Brand uses to craft our own special Estate Reserve Pinot Noir.
Cold Brew
Jump-start your morning (or get an energy boost in the afternoon) with our own cold brew—made right here, it’s cool, refreshing, and easy to grab and go.
Cold-Pressed Juices
Made using local fruits and vegetables, these fresh juices are cold-pressed here at The Ranch—keeping them nutrient-rich by avoiding the damaging effects of heat during juicing.
Honey
Our apiary has 1 million bees or so—and thanks to the variety of plants and flowers on our 500 acres (including a lot of lavender), our honey has a unique flavor profile you’ll find buzz-worthy.
Salt Blends
Blending salt harvested from the waters of Big Sur with coastal ingredients such as fragrant wildflowers and organic garlic, these sensational creations will have your taste buds singing.
Be sure to try some of these fresh, local creations when you visit The Ranch—they’re the perfect enhancement to a play-filled stay!
