This expansive space presents a stunning treetop vineyard view that cascades to the gardens and valley below. With retractable walls for flexibility and large windows leading to a spacious patio for private receptions, it’s a perfect venue for dining al fresco and enjoying after-dinner drinks by the fire pit. Just a few steps below is the Harvest Landing, perched atop the vineyard.

The Vintner Terrace elevates any occasion, with sweeping views of the vineyard and valley through a wind-protective glass wall just outside the Vintner Room. Consider it your flashback to childhood treehouses—but with a sophisticated air.

Like a charmed treetop aerie, this terrace just below Valley Kitchen offers impeccable views of tidy vineyards below and the expanse of Carmel Valley beyond. Imagine your event perched above nature’s paintbox, surrounded by birdsong and whispering oaks.

At the heart of the Carmel Valley Ranch experience is the Organic Garden. Home to our two-acre heirloom vegetable and flower gardens, fruit trees, butterfly gardens, Hen House, bee apiaries and salt house. Our farmers and artisans tend to each with handcrafted care, as they form the base of our farmstead products—celebrated across our 500-acre playground. The possibilities are limitless in the Organic Garden: plan a cocktail bash, a working garden demo, a culinary challenge event or gather our Ranch artisans for a signature “Taste of Carmel” opening reception that invites your attendees to connect with the land and the legendary stories of Carmel Valley.

Nestled in a four-acre Pinot Noir vineyard, this outdoor venue is surrounded by ancient oaks and fragrant lavender fields. The oversized verdant lawns, flaunting views of the Santa Lucia Highlands, present a stunning natural setting for garden and vineyard gatherings, as well as other events of all kinds.

Located on the second floor of The Clubhouse is an intimate venue for just 12 attendees, featuring a large oak boardroom table, expansive TV screens and a wall of interior windows. Perfect for a secluded board meeting, private lunch meeting or breakout session from a larger conference program.

The Think Tank’s location in the Bluff Suite neighborhood, away from the main Lodge building, offers prime views and a secluded space for up to 18 attendees to think outside the box. Fully renovated with refined modern furnishings and upgraded AV capabilities, it also features a private deck and bathroom.

A spectacular setting ideal for company gatherings and other large-scale events, the sun-drenched Valley Lawn offers a wealth of space for meetings, dinner receptions, even activities and games—along with incomparable views of Carmel Valley and its rolling hillsides.
